Is there a custom CGI for sending a form as email?

We have installed a copy of FormMail which you can use without knowing how to write CGI programs. If you want to use this feature you will have to send us the domaines for which you want to use it. We need both domaines: the domain of the website using FormMail and also the domain of the receiving email account if it differs. We actually have to include this information in the FormMail script for preventing spammers from abusing this feature.

Note: If you continue to get the error "Bad header fields", even if you see no errors, you can try to omit the enctype="test/plain" part.
