Terms of use

These terms describe the general framework for services provided by all2all, operated by Moving Art Studio ASBL in Brussels.

1. Service framework

all2all provides Internet services such as hosting, mail, domain name services, technical support and related infrastructure services.

The exact scope, price and technical characteristics of a service are defined by the order, service sheet, invoice, offer or written confirmation exchanged with the customer.

2. Customer responsibility

Customers remain responsible for the content, applications, users and activities operated through their account, including third parties using the service through them.

They must keep their software, passwords, scripts, websites and access credentials reasonably secure and up to date.

3. Access credentials

Access data is personal to the customer or to the authorised users of the service. Passwords and account credentials must not be shared publicly or stored in insecure places.

4. Electronic communication

Operational communication usually takes place by e-mail. Customers are responsible for keeping a valid contact address available and for reading important service, billing or abuse notifications.

5. Billing and payment

Invoices, renewal notices and payment requests are issued according to the agreed service. Services may be suspended or terminated when invoices remain unpaid after reasonable reminders.

6. Renewal and cancellation

Recurring services continue until cancelled according to the applicable offer, order confirmation or written agreement. Domain renewals are subject to registry deadlines and may require earlier confirmation.

7. Domain names

Domain names are subject to the rules of the relevant registry or registrar. Some extensions require specific registrant data, eligibility conditions or transfer procedures.

all2all may refuse, delay or cancel a domain operation when the required information is missing, incorrect or incompatible with registry rules.

8. Privacy and service data

Personal data is processed only for internal service handling, billing, support, legal obligations, abuse prevention and technical maintenance. See the privacy policy for more details.

9. Technical logs

Technical logs may be used for diagnostics, security, abuse handling, accounting, service continuity and legal obligations. They are treated as confidential operational data.

10. Acceptable use

Customers must use all2all services in a lawful and responsible way. The acceptable use policy forms part of these terms.

11. Availability and maintenance

all2all works to provide stable services and clear maintenance practices. Interruptions may still occur because of maintenance, incidents, external network problems, software failures or force majeure.

12. Backups

all2all may operate technical backups for service continuity, but customers remain responsible for keeping their own independent backups of important data unless a specific backup service is agreed.

13. Confidentiality

all2all treats customer data, service configuration and support history as confidential. Customers should also treat technical access details and internal service information with care.

14. Changes

These terms may be updated when services, legal obligations or technical practices evolve. Substantial changes should be communicated clearly.

15. Applicable law

The services are provided from Belgium and are subject to Belgian law unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
